I began my career at McCandlis and Hair Associates in Snohomish in 1971. In 1987 I opened “BreCyn Salon” which was moved to its current location at 8300 Beverly Blvd in 1989.
Continued education has been at the forefront of my career and passing it on to the people I work with. I have traveled to California, England, Spain, and Italy to acquire it, and the biggest influence in my career was Vidal Sassoon, who literally changed the hair industry.
Cutting hair to do what I want it to do, instead of what it thinks it wants to do is always fun for me and is my specialty.
My greatest accomplishment was my daughter, Breana and now my grandson, Owen. When I was young my hobbies were skiing and long walks in the woods. Now, I prefer reading and writing.
